As a Creator Sales & Partnerships Specialist, you will be crucial to meeting quarterly sales targets for the Epic Trips plans.

In addition to our core Volunteering business, we have successfully expanded into Meaningful Group Trips, now entering our second year of operations.

These curated experiences are hosted in over 10 countries and bring together like-minded travelers, guided by trusted and inspiring Travel Creators.

Your primary focus will be promoting the Worldpackers Creator-led Group Trips (Epic Trips) experiences by partnering with Social Media Creators/Influencers, owning their entire sales lifecycle (Lead added, Contacted, Engaging, Proposal Sent, Closed Won) and the Trip Launch Process, fully immersing yourself in our Use Case, and effectively positioning the Worldpackers Creator-led Group Trips (Epic Trips) product in a competitive marketplace.

The Creator Sales & Partnerships Specialist’s I job will be to:

• Achieve an assigned monthly and quarterly sales quota from Epic Trips sales

• Hunting/Prospecting/Pipeline Generation of new and qualified Affiliates (Social Media Influencers & Creators);

• Approve and Engage new affiliates, aiming for the highest number of Group Trip launches per Month/Quarter;

• Support the Affiliates in their Promotional efforts through Jeff Walker’s Product Launch Formula, ensuring the highest possible fill rate for each Trip;

• Build and nurture relationships with key accounts throughout their entire lifecycle (Acquisition, Activation & Retention) via Email, WhatsApp, and Video Calls;

• Ensuring the data is up to date and accurate on the CRM

• Ensure that all the sales enablement touchpoints are in place and aligned with our Positioning and our Affiliate’s Goals (Dashboard, Email Automation and newsletters, Decks, and Campaigns);

Requirements

The successful candidate will demonstrate sales expertise, grit, a proven track record of success, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

• At least three years of previous experience with Social Media Creators/Influencers

• Ability to work independently, ensure business objectives are met, and be able to drive tasks to completion in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines

• Both a self-starter and a team player with great energy, drive, and creativity

• Be curious, have a desire to learn, and master things by constantly experimenting

• Spotless communication skills in the languages needed for the market you’ll be assisting (English)

• Ability to present ideas concisely, with a creative and robust writing style

• Ability to rely on data to enhance decision-making.

Compensation

• Salary range: US$1,600/month + Uncapped Monthly Commissions based on performance

• Fully Remote
