Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Are you passionate about travel and love connecting with people? 🌍
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage high-intent travelers and convert qualified leads into booked travelers for our brand-led and creator-led Group Trips.
This is a frontline revenue role, where you’ll play a key part in helping travelers take the next step toward life-changing experiences.
What you’ll do
You’ll support our Inside Sales engine across three core areas:
Lead Engagement
Respond to and engage high-intent travelers across channels like Website (Chatbot), App, Email Marketing, Social Media, and Push Notifications
Conduct outreach via Email, Phone, and messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp)
Ensure fast response times and a great first experience for every traveler
Lead Qualification
Qualify travelers based on defined Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) criteria
Understand traveler preferences (destination, timing, budget, group fit)
Match each lead with the most relevant group trip opportunities
Keep lead data updated in HubSpot
Escalate high-potential or complex opportunities when needed
Sales Conversion
Guide travelers through the booking decision process
Address objections related to trip details, pricing, logistics, and group experience
Use scripts, messaging frameworks, and playbooks to drive conversions
Turn qualified leads into paid travelers
Ensure a smooth journey from first conversation to booking
CRM & Pipeline Management
Track all activities and interactions in HubSpot
Manage lead progression through the pipeline
Maintain clean and accurate data
Customer Insights & Feedback
Share insights on traveler behavior, objections, and conversion blockers
Help improve sales scripts, marketing messaging, and product positioning
What we’re looking for
1–3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or inside sales
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Confidence engaging prospects via phone and digital channels
Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus)
Interest in travel, group experiences, or community-driven products

Compensation
Base Salary: US$1,600/month + quarterly commissions
