As we continue to grow our Events and Partnerships initiatives, we are looking for a Community Events Growth Specislist to support the operational execution of registration events, campaigns, and collaborations.

About the role

The Community Events Growth role supports the expansion of the Worldpackers Host Community by organizing and activating community initiatives and events.

This position focuses on executing community-driven growth initiatives, supporting hosts who want to organize events, and helping transform community engagement into real ecosystem growth.

The role works closely with the Community Growth Lead to scale events, increase host participation, and strengthen the connection between hosts and the Worldpackers ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute community events that align with Worldpackers’ mission and growth goals.

• Collaborate with Partnerships to identify and onboard local hosts, venues and partner organisations for events.

• Work with Marketing to promote events, optimise acquisition funnels and increase registration-to-attendance conversion.

• Manage event logistics and vendor communications to ensure smooth delivery.

• Collect and analyse event metrics and participant feedback to iterate on formats and demonstrate impact.

• Support community ambassadors and volunteers with training, resources and ongoing coordination.

• Document processes, create templates and contribute to continuous improvement of event operations.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Interest in community building and events

• Excellent communication skills

• Proactive and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Experience with events or community projects is a plus

• Passion for travel, community, and purpose-driven initiatives

• Advanced proficiency in English

This is a full-time position (8 hours per day) with a remuneration of USD 800 per month.
