Role Overview

We’re looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer to help us build and evolve the web platform and APIs that power our products.

You’ll work across our stack — mainly with Ruby on Rails — helping us ship fast, maintain high code quality, and continuously improve our platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys clean code, automated tests, frequent deploys, and actively contributing to technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features using Ruby on Rails across our web platform and APIs.

• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.

• Contribute to a strong culture of automated testing and continuous delivery.

• Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and prioritization of technical improvements.

• Collaborate with the team to improve our engineering practices and development processes.

• Work across the stack when needed, contributing to backend, APIs, and occasionally frontend or infrastructure.

Essential Skills / Knowledge & Experience

• Vast experience and strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails.

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code).

• Strong commitment to clean code and automated testing.

• Experience working in environments with frequent deployments and continuous delivery.

• Comfortable working across different parts of the stack.
